Please be sure that you have reported your commercial auto claim to Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group (visit our Commercial Claims page to report your claim). Once reported, your claim will be forwarded to an adjuster to verify coverage and liability. The adjuster will normally contact you within one business day.
If your vehicle cannot be driven and you will require a rental vehicle, please contact Enterprise Rent-a-Car at 1-800-Rent-a-Car (1-800-736-8222).
Once our adjuster verifies coverage and liability, Enterprise will be able to automatically switch the cost of the rental to Companion P&C, making the processing of your rental reimbursement both easier and faster.
Please note that any rental reimbursement will be based solely on the applicability of coverage, determination of liability and verification that the vehicle could not be driven.
If any of the above do not apply or cannot be validated, then Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group may not be able to reimburse you for your rental charges.
Please speak with your assigned adjuster before incurring any rental charges for which you will seek reimbursement from Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group.
