Medical Providers who have submitted bills to Companion may use the link below to check payment information. You will need your Tax ID # in order to create a password in the system. After you log in, you will need a patient's last name and date of service or a patient's Social Security Number which correspond to the bill that you sent to Companion, in order to retrieve payment information.
