We contact the policyholder and/or claimant within 24 hours after we receive a claim. In the event of catastrophes, we quickly mobilize teams of people to respond to customers needs.

A dedicated team reviews each loss with the policyholder in order to provide immediate answers to urgent questions. When necessary, adjusters can make arrangements for immediate inspection, appraisal and settlement of the loss in order to get our customers back into their pre-loss condition.
