You may dispute a premium audit of your policy, by sending written notification to Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group. Your notification should include the following:

Policy Number

Insured's Name - exactly as it appears on the policy

Reason for the dispute

Daytime telephone number where you can be reached in the event of a question
