Use the links on the left side of this page to get a basic understanding of Worker's Compensation insurance and how the system works in your state. You will also find links to repositories of forms that are used by the system in your state, and access to important safety and health information provided by various state agencies.

The section labelled "Network Medical Providers" is still under construction. When completed it will enable you to quickly locate medical providers in your geographic area who have been selected to provide care in the event of a workplace injury or illness. This same information can currently be obtained directly from your employer and will frequently be posted on a bulletin board at your place of employment.

Lastly, and very importantly, we have provided a "Claim Service Survey" for you to give us feedback on your experience with our claim process. In the unfortunate event that you have suffered a workplace injury or illness, we would hope that our claim service has made the effort of recovery and rehabilitation easier. Please take a moment to provide us with information that we may use to continuously improve the process for you, as well as other injured employees in the future.
